ABOUT US

We are a group of enthusiasts who use many IT tools to support the construction investment process understood as all activities from the initiation of the project to its formal completion with the complete handover of the resource for use.

We promote solutions, techniques, tools and low-tech methods (such as lean construction for operational activities, e.g. histories of handover procedures, payroll, partial contract analysis or records from surveillance cameras) that go beyond the scope of BIM technology, and which may have an impact to improve the efficiency of the construction industry due to the valuable information contained in the investment process to be used in an appropriate way by constantly evolving digital solutions.

It is not without reason that the BIM series 19650 standards contain a list of various important types of information, from unstructured to standardized, and the tools usually associated with the BIM methodology are only a small part of possible technological applications.
