We strive to improve the efficiency of investment processes. 

We believe that improving work efficiency is possible through the adoption of policies, methodologies, standards and recommendations supported by technology. 

We believe that the digitization of investment processes is only one of the elements on the way to the digital economy. 

Data obtained, generated and aggregated during the investment process should constitute a source of knowledge for the parties and be the basis for making future decisions.

Based on the data, the parties should conduct business analytics in order to increase the efficiency of entire investment processes and improve efficiency. 

Data obtained and generated during the investment implementation should be binding in digital form. 

Wherever possible, websites should allow solutions based on open source solutions. 

Where possible, the industry should agree and adopt standards regarding the structure and scope of generated and aggregated data for each stage of the investment process. 

We believe that the digitization of construction should not be equated with BIM technology. The digitization of construction concerns all aspects of investment processes, including BIM technology.
